Hey loves,
It’s been a while since I posted a blog as I was busy with my exams and was researching more about blog related stuff. So finally I am back on track and will post blogs more frequently. Today’s blog was written a while ago but I am posting it now because it’s never too late. xD
So let’s get started....
Who doesn’t love summer? Summer is all about showing some extra legs and having lots and lots of ice cream! New trends set in the Summer Season.
From clothes and shoes to accessories, everything is so beautiful about this season. And since mid summer season is here, the search for more comfortable yet classy clothes has begun among all of us. July being one of the hottest months , ice cream, air conditioning and iced beverages are just few things to help us stay cool in summer but what about clothing? aren’t we all in search of clothes that allow air to pass through and help us remain sweat free. Hence for me, dresses just fulfil that criteria, unlike jeans or top all of which require a pairing item. In case of dresses, all you need to do is hop in a pair of shoes and take a bag and VOILA! You are ready to go. Also not only in summer but you can rock the same dress in any season because dresses are just way too PERFECT for every season. There is an array of dresses of different styles, designs, textures and colours available in the market and my choice of style for this summer are SHIRT DRESSES. I can wear my shirt dress in various stylish ways which not only makes me look good but also saves my budget. I can wear it with my favourite pair of jeans, style my dress into a shrug and wear it over any other outfit or just wear it with my favourite stockings and many more endless ways.
I decided to style my 2 favourite shirt dresses, here! I hope you like the way I styled them.
So for my first outfit, I wore a blue shirt dress with a pair of nude heels. This dress is great for a party as well as for casual outings ( you just have to pair it up with any of your favourite sneakers instead of heels ). The lace detailing on this dress makes it all the more lovely.

First outfit:
So for my first outfit, I wore a blue shirt dress with a pair of nude heels. This dress is great for a party as well as for casual outings ( you just have to pair it up with any of your favourite sneakers instead of heels ). The lace detailing on this dress makes it all the more lovely.
For makeup, I applied blue eye shadow and peach lipstick. I wore my favourite pair of hoop earrings to give a glamorous touch to my dress.
I bought this dress
from Sarojini Nagar for 400 INR, earrings from Forever 21 for 700 INR, and heels
from Stelatoes for 900 INR.
For my second outfit, I kept it more casual and wore a shirt dress with my cute fish net stockings and my favourite pair of black boots. Check shirts are very trendy this season, and a check shirt dress makes it even more trendier.

I went
for a boho neck piece to add a bit of spice to my look. For this look, I kept
my makeup simple with brown smokey eyes and nude lips.
I bought this dress from h&m for 1,899 INR, boots from h&m for 699 INR, neckpiece was gifted by my friend Deepanshi.
